Parents (Caretakers)
Our focus is to create a sense of peace of mind for the family by developing and sustaining a team of caring, knowledgeable personal and professional support. The goal is to put the team in place now while families can enjoy the benefits of this process together, in real time. In partnership with you, your child, and the team, we will develop a Letter of Intent and customized care plan to serve as an evolving roadmap for the future. Once this documented care plan is created, we implement every aspect of it. We work alongside siblings, other family members or friends as well as the day-to-day professionals on the ground.
Siblings and Family Members
Close family members are an integral part of the team. Siblings (Sibs) have their own story, experiences, and potential role in the future care of their sibling. We believe siblings have choice in the role(s) they play in the life of their sibling. We are here to share knowledge, resources, and be the day-to-day advocates to make a sibling’s role easier– whatever that role may be.
